If your future self could send you one sentence, what do you hope it would say?
This is an easy one for me to answer: I would want to receive this message from my future self:
Your life mattered, and you made a positive difference in this world.
That is literally all I want out of life — to know that my existence on this planet mattered to people, and that what I did, what I said, made a positive difference for people.
When I am gone from this world, I want to be missed for a little bit. Maybe that’s vain, but I want to be the kind of person that others say, “Damn, I miss her.”
